Platform Membership — manufacturers.wiki

Platform Membership · Tier 2

A profile built to be found, trusted, and contacted — not just listed.

Anyone can generate a product page now. What’s rare — and what buyers can tell the difference between — is a company that actually knows its product cold. A Platform Member article is built by REVROK with your real technical input: deep enough to prove you know your product better than a competitor’s marketing copy, and often deep enough to surface applications and markets you hadn’t considered yet.

What’s included

1

Depth is the credibility, not anonymity

This isn’t an independent review and isn’t pretending to be one — it’s openly your company’s article. What makes it convincing isn’t hiding who wrote it, it’s how thoroughly it shows you understand your own product and the conditions it’s used in. That’s harder to fake than a testimonial, and buyers can tell the difference.

2

Markets you haven’t found yet

As part of building the article, REVROK researches applications and adjacent industries your product could serve that may not be obvious from the inside. Manufacturers often know their product better than the markets that could use it — this is where we look for the ones you’re missing.

3

SEO architecture, not guesswork

The article is structured around the searches your buyers actually run — by product, by standard, by application — not a generic company description.

4

Certifications presented properly

ISO and other technical certifications are documented and displayed in a way that builds confidence with a buyer who has never heard of you before.

5

Featured placement on the sector page

Your card appears among the manufacturers shown on the relevant sector page — pumps, valves, rope & cordage, filtration, and so on — clearly labelled as a Platform Member, alongside the page’s independent editorial content.

6

Maintained, not abandoned

Annual review and updates are included — new products, updated certifications, or corrections are built into the membership, not billed separately.

A working example

S.-M. Petrović’s rope and cordage pages were built to this standard — full construction range across polypropylene and polyester, certifications, packaging and application detail, indexed by Google within days. The point wasn’t to describe rope generically. It was to show, in specific technical detail, exactly which construction holds up in which conditions — which is what actually moves a buyer who already knows rope from one who’s only ever bought it on price.

Pricing

€1,500 – €4,000 / year

Where you fall in that range depends on the size of your product range, number of certifications, target markets, and languages required.

Every membership is quoted after a short discovery review — there’s no fixed package, because no two manufacturers’ product ranges look the same.

Frequently asked

How is this different from the free Wiki Listing?

The Wiki Listing is self-serve and basic — it gets you indexed and findable. A Platform Member page is written and built by REVROK, covers your full product range, and is featured on the relevant sector page. It’s the difference between a directory entry and a proper reference page.

Is this the same as the Export Accelerator tier?

No. Platform Membership is a content and visibility product — a page built and maintained for you. Export Accelerator is active market development and representation, where REVROK works directly on introductions and distribution. Many members start with Platform Membership and move to Export Accelerator once the relationship is established.

Why would my company want to reveal this much technical detail publicly?

Because showing you understand your product and its applications in depth is what convinces a buyer who already knows the category — far more than a generic description would. This isn’t your trade secrets or your formulation; it’s how your product behaves in real conditions, which is exactly what an informed buyer is trying to find out before they contact you.

Is my page marked as a paid placement?

Yes — clearly, as “Platform Member.” manufacturers.wiki’s independent editorial content is kept visually and structurally separate from member content. That distinction is what makes the badge worth having.

What if my product range changes?

Updates are part of the annual membership — let us know and we’ll revise the page rather than leaving it out of date.

Ready to apply?

Tell us about your company and product range — we’ll review and come back with a quote and a proposed page structure.
