How this score is calculated
Each slider answers one question about the business. Some are “more is healthier” (e.g. product uniqueness); others are “less is healthier” (e.g. dependence on one machine) — those are flagged “lower is healthier” under the question and flipped automatically before scoring.
Six profile questions at the bottom (export mix, distributor use, foreign capital, etc.) are shown for context only and don’t affect the score — there’s no universally healthy answer to them.
The 25 scored questions sit in 8 business functions. Each function counts equally toward the overall score, regardless of how many sliders it contains, so a function with one question doesn’t get drowned out by one with six.
